Chaque pays n'est saisi qu'une fois, dans le tracker thématique le plus pertinent (ex. le tracker e-facturation pour le statut de facturation électronique). Les autres outils qui ont besoin de cette donnée (profils pays, indice de maturité, paysage mondial) l'extraient et la fusionnent automatiquement par script — jamais par re-saisie manuelle. Objectif : qu'un même fait ne puisse jamais se contredire entre deux pages du portail.Each country is entered only once, in the most relevant thematic tracker (e.g. the e-invoicing tracker for e-invoicing status). Other tools needing that data (country profiles, maturity index, global landscape) extract and merge it automatically by script — never by manual re-entry. Goal: the same fact can never contradict itself across two pages of the portal.
